By using WysePDF (the desktop application or this website), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.
License
WysePDF is licensed, not sold. The Free tier grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal and commercial purposes. The Pro tier grants additional features upon purchase of a license key.
Acceptable Use
You may use WysePDF for any lawful purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not redistribute the installer or license keys.
Website Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
WysePDF is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software or services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WysePDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
